At footballflag9.co.uk, all products are made to order and custom printed specifically for each customer. This includes personalised flags, stickers and other printed items.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY
Customers are responsible for checking:
• Spelling
• Names
• Numbers
• Colours
• Sizing
• Artwork provided by the customer
• Any other customisation details
Once an order has been submitted and production has started, we cannot accept responsibility for customer errors or mistakes in submitted artwork or text.
QUALITY CHECKS
Every flag and printed item is individually checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
INSTALLATION & USAGE
We cannot accept responsibility for:
• Damage caused during installation
• Incorrect fitting or handling
• Torn material caused after delivery
• Damaged or pulled eyelets resulting from incorrect installation, excessive force, weather conditions or misuse
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and used correctly.
